Muskonomy 2.0 Starts Here
If you like Muskonomy, read this. If you don’t, read it anyway.
About Me
I’m Mi. I’m 24 years old. I create content, I love learning, and I really like studying algorithms. I was a tech YouTuber for a long time, but then I left YouTube to try an experiment called a “tech startup.”
The experiment almost worked. I learned a lot. I'm proud I dropped out and took that risk - it changed my life.
Two months ago, I had to shut down the startup after running it for two years as a bootstrapped company. For me, that was still a big success. I learned more than I ever expected.
But the moment hit hard. It dragged me into a depression stage. This time, though, I didn’t give myself time to think. Instead, I worked. I worked like hell.
I pulled myself out. I worked 24/7, as hard as I could. Sometimes just 1 hour of sleep. Sometimes none. I worked 30-hour stretches, using every second to build Muskonomy. (PS: Not healthy - I know. That’s why I made a lot of mistakes too. But I learned from them.)
That’s how I got here today.
Soon, I’ll start making videos and joining live streams. So you’ll see my face often.
How It Started
I started working with John (@TeslaOwnersSV) in late 2020, maybe earlier. Back then, I was a tech YouTuber helping other creators. We worked on some amazing projects. I learned a lot from him. He’s one of the hardest-working people I’ve seen. He built TOSV with pure effort.
At that time, my team was making YouTube content and some graphics. One day, John asked me to design a logo for something called Muskonomy. I made the logo. He kept asking for Muskonomy graphics again and again - and I slowly fell in love with the name.
Later, I created the X handle in 2023. I started working on it as a fun side project. I never thought it would grow this big or feel this real.
My Connection with TOSV
That’s how it all started. Today, John is one of my closest partners. We’ve become real friends.
People often ask how we’re connected - that’s the full story.
What I’ve Learned
I’ve made a lot of mistakes, but I follow one rule:
"Make mistakes, learn, and keep going. I mean, make more mistakes."
I’ve messed up typos, missed sources, and more. But I’ve learned a lot.
One thing I’ve noticed: people are quick to criticize but slow to praise.
X is a place for free speech, so people go wild. But I listen, take notes, and keep building.
